Working with the Cervus Group & Fund is a simple multi-step process.  After identification of a potential relationship, we initiate a process to determine if our skills and resources best fit the opportunity and the company's needs.  Fit is determined by a number of factors including industry, executive talent, requirements of financing, and skills required to achieve the desired goals and timetable.

The due diligence process is structured to assist in creating a relationship between the Cervus Group, investor  and company management that reinforces the roles necessary for success.  The process, including on site meetings and due diligence, is used to understand the company’s strategy, financial and market position, and to formulate the strategy and operational requirements to meet our combined objectives.
